Yoshi Goff

The family sadly announces the passing of our mother Yoshi Goff. She was a resident of Kettering OH for 51 years. Born Oct 26, 1937 in Okinawa Japan and Died Jan 17, 2022 in Morning View, KY. Yoshi was a hardworking woman who loved to walk, had a loving, heart, a giving soul and was loved by many. She worked for Heartland of Kettering for over 40 years; she also spent many years working for Mama Disalvo’s Restaurant. Yoshi was survived by her 4 children: Elizabeth Chaney (Leo Chaney) of Colorado Springs, CO; Akiko Frietsch of Morning View, KY; Theresa Althaus of Wilmington, NC; and Frederick Goff (Melissa Leisure) of Kettering, OH; 9 grandchildren; Ian Todd, James Althaus, Marie Chaney, Lucas Frietsch, Elise Spence, Katherine Chaney, Alexandra Frietsch, Zoe Goff, Trevor Frietsch, and 2 great-grandchildren. Services are being held on Friday, Jan 28, from 5p – 8p at Westbrock Funeral Home, 5980 Bigger Rd, Kettering, OH 45440.
