Sharon Planck

Sharon S. Planck, age 85 of Centerville, OH passed away peacefully on May 24, 2024. She was born in Celina, OH to the late William and Audrey (Wilson) Skillen. Sharon graduated from Wilbur Wright High School, class of 1957 and pursued a career working for NCR until she left to raise her family. Sharon was co-owner of Gifts Galore, an artist co-op in Kettering and later worked for Logan Studios Photography, Elder Beerman Corporation office, and Kettering Breast Evaluation Center where she retired in 2015. Sharon was a member of Faith Evangelical Church from 1942 - 2004 where she taught Sunday School, was the Sunday School Principal, and served on the church council. She then became a member of Epiphany Lutheran Church in Centerville from 2004 until her death. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death in 1999 by her husband of nearly 40 years, Donald W. Planck. She is survived by her daughter Kim Tobias, son Todd Planck, grandchildren Whitney Tobias, Kelsey Tobias, Aric Tobias, great grandchildren Avalyn Tobias, Levi Tobias and longtime friend Carol Hartman. A graveside service will be held on June 8th, 2024 at 11am at Miami Valley Memory Gardens, 1639 E. Lytle 5 Points Rd., Centerville OH 45458.
