Rose Ann Slouffman, lovingly known as Ann, passed away peacefully at the age of 86 at Hospice of Dayton. Though small in stature, Ann lived a life of great depth, strength and heart, leaving behind a legacy built on faith, love and devotion to her family. A longtime resident of the Centerville area, Ann worked for many years as an administrative assistant for Centerville City Schools, where her attention to detail and warm presence left a lasting impact on her coworkers. Outside of work, Ann found joy in the simple things, tending to her garden, keeping an eye out for the bests shopping deals, and clipping coupons with precision and pride. But above all, her greatest joy came from her grandchildren. She was their biggest cheerleader, always present with support, encouragement, and unconditional love. Her family was truly the highlight of her life. Ann's life was rooted in her spirituality. Her faith guided her steps, shaped her kindness, and brought peace to those lucky enough to be a part of her world. She taught by example showing us how to live with grace, patience, and unwavering hope. Ann is survived by her daughters Lisa (Jeff) Munsey and their children Alex, Madeline (Joey), and Christina; Cheryl (Douglas) Werner and their children Kevin (Gabrielle) Haxton and Sean; Joyce (Chris) Hayes and their children Emily (Jonathan), Amanda, and Jenna, her great grandson, Levi, and her very special cat, Lily Rose, all of whom will carry her memory in their hearts forever. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Leroy Slouffman, parents, brother Bill Huber, and sister Jane Braun. Family will greet friends at the Westbrock Funeral Home, 5980 Bigger Rd, Kettering on Monday, July 21 from 6pm-8pm. Her mass of Christian Burial will be on Tuesday, July 22 at noon at the Church of Incarnation, 55 Williamsburg Lane, Centerville. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to EWTN, in honor of Ann's generous and faith-filled heart.
