Mildred Ratliff

Mildred R. Ratliff, age 86 of Dayton, OH passed away peacefully on August 4, 2024 at The Oaks of W. Kettering. She was born in Hamilton, OH to the late George and Loraine (Ruhl) Cooper and was attended Church of the Cross in Kettering, OH. Mildred, aka "Granny" loved going out to eat at Cracker Barrel, adored her dogs, but most of all she loved traveling to North Carolina and spending time with her family. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Herman Ratliff, and her sons Herman, Jr. and Carroll Anthony Ratliff. Mildred is survived by her son Larry Ratliff, her grandchildren Larry Ratliff, II, Sarah Ratliff Kirk, Jamey Ratliff, and extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly. The family will receive friends for a visitation on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 from 5-6 at the Westbrock Funeral Home, 1712 Wayne Ave. Dayton, OH. A funeral service will being at 6:00pm, and Mildred will be laid to rest next to her husband in Asheville, North Carolina during a private service.
