Osterfeld, Mildred (Millie) R., age 97 of Dayton passed away Friday July 24, 2026. Millie was a member of St. Albert the Great Parish for over 69 years and a graduate of Julienne High School. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clem and Helen (Geier) Kunk, husband Henry Osterfeld, Jr. in 2012; a son, Douglas; two brothers, Edward, Elmer Kunk; and a granddaughter, Molly Draugelis. She is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Laura (Sid) Juliani, Leslie (Dennis) Weber, Amy Draugelis; two sons and a daughter-in-law, David (Heather), Timothy; a brother, Tom Kunk and five grandchildren, William, Matthew and Andrew Draugelis and Maggie and Kate Juliani. Millie was an avid golfer playing in many leagues and outings. She is among the elite to have made a hole in one. Millie and Hank enjoyed many travels especially to Hilton Head Island where they regularly vacationed with their children and grandchildren. Millie was a devoted grandmother attending as many of her grandchildren’s events and activities as she could. Mass of Christian Burial, 12:00 pm Friday July 31 at St. Albert the Great Church. The family will receive friends Friday from 10:45-11:45 am at St. Albert. Burial, Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton, envelopes will be provided at church. Arrangements by the Westbrock Funeral Home, Kettering, OH.
