Margie A. Pumphrey

MARGIE A. PUMPHREY, age 95, of Centerville, passed away peacefully in her home on August 28, 2025. She was born in Campton, Kentucky on March 14, 1930, the daughter of Rolen and Edna Golden (Edwards) Taulbee.

In addition to her parents, Margie was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Pumphrey in 2010; granddaughter, Monica Pumphrey, along with two brothers and three sisters.

Margie is survived by her son, Mark (Stephanie Reininger) Pumphrey; daughter, Linda (Kenny) Franzman; grandchildren, Nick (Kat) Pumphrey, Joseph Pumphrey, Samantha (Michael) Dahill, Evan (Caroline) Franzman and Spencer Franzman; one great-granddaughter, Violet Pumphrey, as well as several extended family and friends.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2025 at 11:00am in the Miami Valley Memory Gardens Chapel, 1639 E. Lytle-Five Points Road. Entombment will follow the service.
