TACKETT, KEVIN M., age 27, passed away Saturday, May 22, 2010. Kevin is survived by his wife, Erin Tackett, daughters: Emily and Peyton Tackett, mother, Carolyn Tackett, father, Charles Tackett, sisters: Kaycee (William) Farmer and Janie Perry, grandmother, Martha Baker, nieces: LeAnna Perry and Maddie Farmer and nephews: Joshua Knisley and Jacob Tackett. Visitation will be held 4:00-8:00 p.m., Thursday, May 27th at Westbrock Funeral Home, 1712 Wayne Ave, Dayton 45410. Funeral Service will be held, 12:00 Noon, Friday May 28th at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Willow View Cemetery.
