Joy Campbell

Campbell, Joy M., age 92, of Kettering, Ohio, passed away on Monday, July 14, 2025, surrounded by her two daughters. She was born in Waco, Kentucky, to the late Noah and Bessie (Wood) McCreary. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of over 60 years, Fallen Campbell, and her sister, Mae Eudell Middleton.

Joy graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 1956 with a degree in education and went on to dedicate over 30 years to teaching Home Economics in the Kettering City Schools. Like her husband, Joy valued family above all else and cherished every moment spent with loved ones.

To those fortunate enough to know her, Joy truly lived up to her name. She brought warmth, kindness, and light wherever she went. Known for her sweet smile and selfless nature, she always made sure everyone around her felt cared for.

She is survived by her children, Lisa (Beth) Campbell and Lori (Mike) Conley; grandchildren, Max, Maddie, and Joey; sister and brother-in-law, Beverly (Donnie) Riddell; as well as many extended family members and dear friends.
