John Kolb

John C. Kolb, age 78 of Engelwood, OH passed away Wednesday, October 23, 2024. John retired from GM with 35 years of service and drove a school bus for Northmont and St. Mary's. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Marie; two daughters, Jennifer and Jacqueline Kolb; two sons and a daughter-in-law; John Jr. (Anna) Kolb, Jason Kolb; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Eileen (George) Berner, Helen (Gary) Tegtmeyer; a brother, Donald (Dru) Kolb two grandchildren, Henry, Harvey Kolb; numerous nieces and nephews. John was an avid Model Railroader for 60 years and a member of the National Railroad Depot Society. Services will be held, 7:00 pm Wednesday, October 30 at the Westbrock Funeral Home, 1712 Wayne Ave. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 4:00-7:00 pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Diabetes Association.
