Helen Derr

Derr, Helen C., age 99, of Centerville, passed away Wednesday October 27, 2010. Helen was a long-time switchboard operator with Miami Valley Hospital and Dayton State Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert C. Derr; sisters, Virginia and Catherine and her two brothers, Orville and Larry. She is survived by two sisters, Margie Parry and Geraldine White; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial 10:00am Saturday at Holy Trinity Church. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 9:30-10:00am at the Church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Hospice of Dayton.
