Elizabeth Robbins

ROBBINS, Elizabeth A. "Betty" Age 91, of Dayton, passed away Thursday, February 5, 2009. Mrs. Robbins was a proud graduate of Ursaline Boarding School of Brown County. She volunteered a great deal of her time to Womanline in Dayton and to St. Elizabeths Hospital. She was also a member of the Dayton Womens Club. Betty was retired from The Dayton Daily News. She was preceded in death by a husband, Clarence Maley, and her second husband, Fredrick Robbins; also by her brother Thomas Maloney. Betty is survived by her son, William Maley of Kentucky; two grandchildren, Saskia and Winter; a great-grandson; and cousins, Kathryne Dennler and Barbara Palmer. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00am Monday February 9th at Holy Angels Church, Father Dan Meyer officiating. Burial will follow at Mound Hill Cemetery in Eaton. The family will receive friends Monday from 10-11am at the Church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton. Arrangements by The Westbrock Funeral Home, Wayne Avenue.
