Dain J. Stall

Stall, Dain J., age 64 of Centerville passed away Saturday September 2, 2023. Dain was preceded in death by his father, Paul E. in 2022. He is survived by his mother, Eileen; his loving wife, Susie; two daughters and a son-in-law, Kellye (Chris) Watt, Eryn Stall; a sister and brother-in-law, Karen (Rodney) Smith; brothers and sisters-in-law, Paul (Mary Lou), Tim (Cindy); two grandchildren, McKenna and Noah Watt.
Dain was born in Dayton and raised around the Dayton area. He graduated from Carroll High School. After graduating high school Dain attended Sinclair Community College and Wright State University where he graduated with a Bachelors in Business Administrative Management.
Growing up and even as an adult, Dain was passionate about sports, especially soccer. He played high school soccer and moved on to play in college at Wright State. After his school soccer careers Dain played local teams for the love of the sport. This love he had for soccer also started his coaching career. Dain coached and trained many teams, both club team and school teams for over 30 years. His heart was always in soccer and always will be.
Over the 64 years of Dain’s life, he wore many other hats. He was a senior estimator for 30 plus years, a loving husband for almost 40 years and within in the last 9 years he also become a grandfather, also more known as “Poppy.”
Mass of Christian Burial, 10:00 am Monday September 11th at St. Mary of the Assumption in Springboro. The family will receive friends Sunday September 10th from 2:00-6:00 pm at the Westbrock Funeral Home, 5980 Bigger Rd. Interment, Calvary Cemetery.
