Passed away Sunday, January 7, 2024 at University
Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. Alexa is survived by her precious son, Lucas McNamee and her kitten Pixie; parents, Susan and Brad Karlos; sister, Amanda (Mitchell) and Aaron Mitchell; brother, Brandon Karlos and Grandmother, Marjorie Schulte. Alexa is preceded in death by a nephew, Liam Mitchell; Grandparents, Ruth & James Karlos and Grandfather, Elmer “Bud” Schulte.
Alexa graduated from Bellbrook High School, attended Sinclair Community College and Cincinnati Art & Design. Alexa’s passion was fashion and design which she passionately applied in her career at Kohl’s E Commerce.

Lisa, Michelle and Deana who provided compassionate care during her final battle with cancer.

A beautiful soul is never forgotten, Alexa is free now.
Services will be held 11:00 am Wednesday, January 17 at the Westbrock Funeral Home, 5980 Bigger Rd. The family will receive friends Tuesday, from 4:00-8:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial, Calvary Cemetery.
Donations may be made to the Humane Society of Dayton and the Hope Lodge in Cleveland, Ohio.
