Michael T. Dougherty

Michael T. Dougherty passed away peacefully under Hospice care on Friday, April 8, 2022, at age 66 in Dayton, Ohio. Mike was preceded in death by his parents, George and Maureen (Gibbons) Dougherty. He is survived by his sons Patrick (Emma) and Brian, grandson Griffin and close friend Sandra (“Alex”) Scott. Mike was a 1979 graduate of the University of Dayton with a degree in Criminal Justice and worked as a Probation Officer for the City of Dayton.

Friends will be received on Monday, April 11, 2022, from 5-7 p.m. at Westbrock Funeral Home, 5980 Bigger Road, Kettering, Ohio. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, April 12, 2022, at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 4500 Ackerman Blvd, Kettering, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Archbishop Alter High School Scholarship Fund.
